Referral Sent Successfully
Once ‘Sent’ has been selected, a prompt window will confirm that the referral has been sent successfully.
- At this stage, it is possible to add or amend patient contact details only.
- Within this window, the patient may also ‘opt-in’ to have access to the patient portal.
- By confirming this option, an encrypted email will be sent to the patient with further instructions to enable them to track their referrals.
