When attempting to send Two Week Wait (Suspected Cancer) Referrals please take note of the following
Two week wait referrals are commissioned for Shropshire, Staffordshire and KSS. You will always be presented with these options when creating a referral.
For Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire and The West Midlands, the system is not currently commissioned to enable 2-week wait (suspected cancer) referrals in these areas. Patients that require a 2-week wait appointment should be referred using the locally approved pathway.
There is also no option to indicate any other level of urgency, however users may inform a provider via the free-text /supplementary information box available within each reason for referral.
