Creating a referral for an existing patient

Once a referral has been generated, whether saved or sent, a record of the patient details will be recorded on Rego. To create a new referral for an existing patient, and please use the following steps:

Log-in to Rego
Locate the patient using search field is located at the top left hand side of the screen on any Tab by entering either:
- First name
- Surname
- DOB
- Unique Reference Number (URN)
Click the ‘New episode’ button on the right hand side of the record
